Personal information - Full name, Social Security Number, Date Of Birth, and Current mailing address.

New customers are required to submit a copy of their ID and social security information. If your ID has recently expired, please ensure to send us an updated ID

Income information- W-2 forms from all employers, 1099 forms for any other income, such as interest or dividends, and any other documents related to your income.

HSA distribution form 1099SA- if you use HSA debit card during the year.

Deduction and credit information - documents supporting any deductions or credits you plan to claim, such as mortgage interest statements, charitable contributions, and medical expenses.

Previous year's tax return – If you are a new client, I will need a copy of your prior year's tax return to ensure I have all necessary information to prepare your current year's tax return.

Health insurance information - proof of health insurance coverage for all members of your household, including the type of coverage and the policy number.

Bank information - the routing and account numbers of your bank account if you want to have any refund directly deposited into your account.

Documentation of all stock and crypto transactions, including any 1099-B or similar forms you received

Records of rental income and expenses, including a Schedule E if you own rental property

Any records of capital gains or losses, such as a Schedule D

Documentation of any business income or expenses, including a Schedule C if you are self-employed

Investment information - details of any stocks, bonds, or mutual funds you own, including any sale or transfer information.

Business information - if you are self-employed or run a small business, you will need to provide financial statements, invoices, and receipts related to your business.

Any other tax-related documents that you received or used during the tax year.

 

What documents do I need to upload?

If you have rental properties:

1. List the full property address of each rental house you own separately.

For each rental house:

1. List the Total Rent Income

2. List the Total Expenses such as:

  • Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Insurance

  • Legal & Professional fees

  • Management Fees

  • Interest- Mortgage

  • Repairs

  • Supplies

  • Taxes

  • Other expenses
